Rick is a retired educator who has been an avid wine lover all of his adult life. He is a member of the Society of Wine Educators, the American Wine Society, The French Wine Society, author of two books, Wine Service for Wait Staff and Wine Lovers, and Competition Wine Judging. He currently teaches wine appreciation and wine and food pairing classes to adult learners. He regularly conducts wine dinners in area restaurants as well as helps select wines and wine and food pairings for regional charity fundraisers.
