Cool Curry Butter for Fish, Vegetables, or Rice


2 tbl butter
1 garlic cloves crushed
1 ¼ inch piece ginger peeled and finely chopped
½ tsp Cool Curry Spice Blend


Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Mix in garlic, Cool Curry Spice Blend, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Simmer until color intensifies about 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Drizzle butter over fish, vegetables, or rice.
