Cool Curry Yogurt Dip or Yogurt Sauce for Vegetables

Ingredients for ½ cup sauce

½ cup Greek-style, full milk yogurt
½ tbl Cool Curry Spice blend
salt and white pepper to taste


Place yogurt into a bowl and mix spice blend into it. Add salt and white pepper to taste.

Use sauce over any food cooked, canned, or roasted, etc. It makes a fulfilling meal in itself. This can also be used as a cold dip for chips, pita, or crackers

Optional: Use on heated vegetables such as green beans, canned beans, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, diced tomatoes, peas, and carrots, etc., and stir.

Carnivore optional: Add chopped rotisserie chicken, ham slices (2), a small can of chunked chicken or tuna, or crabmeat to the sauce and stir.
