½ cup vegan or regular mayonnaise
1 tbl minced shallot
2 tsp chopped capers
1 tbl chopped dill pickle
1 tbl Cool Harissa Spice Blend, briefly toasted
Mix and use over shredded iceberg lettuce or cabbage or slaw mix.
It can also be used as a roasted or non-roasted vegetable dip or as a shrimp sauce.
To emulate a “Chicago” style hot dog or a “BLT” hot dogs, top the dog with crispy bacon, fresh diced tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce dressed with this creamy harissa pickle mayonnaise.
